Step back in time and travel with me across the single lane highways that are now the back-roads of today’s superhighways. The music and food that captured the working man and woman’s heart of today. Rolled out of the mountains and farmlands of yesterday’s America. With nothing more to gain, musicians, writers and performers created a sound that mankind the world over can identify with. A sound only heard by the common man. A song, that spoke not only to them, but for them, their food, their traditions that have a history that will surprise and nurture you to discover your own past.
